Punct Law Firm is a boutique firm in Copenhagen, Denmark, with currently 10 fee-earners (3 partners). Punct was founded in 2023 by partners Peter Christian Kierkegaard, Lotte Noer and Søren Plomgaard, with a vision to establish a new firm with a strong strategic focus on real estate, dispute resolution and corporate/M&A. Lotte Noer
Lotte is a partner at Punct Law Firm. Since 2006, Lotte has specialized in litigation and arbitration. She has worked on many complex litigation and arbitration cases and is highly regarded for her experience in this area of law. She earned the right to appear before the Supreme Court in 2014. She regularly acts an arbitrator in Danish and international arbitration cases and has conducted many arbitration cases herself. She is regularly appointed arbitrator by the Danish Institute of Arbitration, SCC Arbitration Institute, or parties and is familiar with the arbitration rules of DIA, SCC, ICC and LCIA. In 2018, Lotte served as acting judge in the Eastern High Court which deepend her understanding of court room dynamics. Lotte has particular expertise in matters of contract law (including post-M&A disputes), tort law, and insurance law matters. Within tort law, Lotte often works on cases of professional liability, management liability, prospectus liability, and compliance and disclosure obligation liability of listed companies. Peter Christian Kierkegaard
Peter is a partner in Punct Law firm. Peter has over 20 years of experience at the intersection of corporate commercial law and dispute resolution. With an analytical approach, he prioritizes distinguishing between the essential and non-essential elements in contract drafting, negotiations, and disputes. In collaborations with clients, Peter aims to act as an enhancement to the client's team, contributing to the best possible outcomes. He is a board member of ASE and the Danish subsidiaries of the German BPW group, including BPW Finans, HBN Teknik, Ermax, and Besko. In the early stages of his career, Peter received a generalist education as a legal assistant and lawyer at the predecessor of Bruun & Hjejle (Jonas Bruun), covering nearly all aspects of corporate commercial law – including business contracts, M&A, employment law, IPR, and TMT, as well as in dispute resolution. Peter has continued with this broad foundation, but now focuses on corporate law, M&A, and dispute resolution. In recent years within dispute resolution, Peter has handled larger complex cases, including management liability during the financial crisis, significant arbitration cases, and securities litigation. Søren is a partner at Punct and has advised mainly in the field of real estate for over 20 years. Throughout his career, he has dealt with a broad spectrum of legal areas within the real estate sector, including commercial lease law, purchase and sale, construction law, planning law, easements, statutes, etc., and has represented cases in district and High Courts as well as in various arbitration disputes. Søren primarily focuses on project development and real estate transactions, often working with professional players in the industry.
