- Environment and Natural Resources We provide strategic advice from a legal and environmental perspective at various stages of investment project development for our clients. We support our clients comprehensively during the environmental impact assessment of their projects in the SEIA (Environmental Impact Assessment System). - We design environmental compliance strategies, permit applicability, and regulations We engage in community relations strategies with various stakeholders, having actively participated in indigenous consultations regulated under the provisions of ILO Convention 169. - Public Law and Regulation We provide specialized advice on sectoral administrative procedures. We advise the State and public agencies on the design and implementation of public policies, including drafting legal reports, legal opinions, or regulatory proposals. We design and process presentations before the Comptroller General of the Republic, whether to report an illegality or resolve a regulatory dispute in areas such as public procurement, access to information, and permits, representing companies and trade associations. We represent our clients in constitutional and administrative disputes, whether before special courts, administrative bodies, or public organizations. - Disputes and Litigation We actively participate in defending projects against claims filed before the Executive Director of the SEA (Environmental Assessment Agency) or the Ministers’ Committee. We defend our clients in sanctioning procedures initiated by the Superintendency of the Environment or any other State Administration body. We handle judicial defense before the Environmental Courts, Courts of Appeal, the Supreme Court, and the Comptroller General of the Republic in complex and strategic litigation.
