Capital markets: public or private offerings of stocks, depositary receipts, commercial paper, debentures, bonds and other securities; structuring of investment funds; issuance of debentures and commercial papers and advisory on debt renegotiation. Competition/antitrust: antitrust device, submission and opposition of concentration acts, antitrust administrative and judicial proceeding (eg cartels, distribution, relationships, abuse of dominant position) and investigations of commercial defense (eg dumping). Compliance: the Compliance team is proficient and experienced in preventive measures, administrative procedures and leniency agreements related to all types of compliance, such as anti-corruption, antitrust, money laundering, fraud and labour.
