Real estate: Guzmán Ariza’s Dominican real estate department is unsurpassed in its skill, experience and geographical reach. Real estate lawyers work as a cohesive team with other disciplines, including tax, financing, environment, and litigation to ensure that all issues which could impact a transaction are properly and thoroughly addressed. Mergers and acquisitions: Guzmán Ariza is actively involved in complex corporate transactions in which whole, or portions of businesses, are transferred, divested or restructured.
