ILCT Ltd. (ILCT) is a pioneering international law firm engaging in the business law practice in Thailand. Founded in 1966 by an American attorney, ILCT was once a part of a multi-domestic law firm, Russin & Vecchi (R&V), which operated offices in Thailand, Vietnam and Taiwan. At that time, the official name of the Bangkok office was International Legal Counsellors Thailand (thus, ILCT). Today ILCT is a full-service law firm that offers legal services in almost every aspect of corporate and commercial laws. ILCT also housed many experts from across the fields. The majority of ILCT’s professionals are multilingual (Thai, English, French, Italian and Chinese) and provide a variety of technical expertise (legal, foreign affairs, business management, IT, Engineering, Biotechnology).
