Arnaud Bélisaire has over 20 years of experience advising project developers, utilities, investment funds and financial institutions on project development, acquisition and financing transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors in France and francophone Africa. He focuses largely on wind power, solar photovoltaic, biomass and interconnections projects, as well as changing regulations and the emergence of new subsectors such as e-mobility, hydrogen, corporate PPAs and behind-the-meter solutions.
