Bryan Clark represents clients in matters across the oil and gas midstream sector. As managing associate general counsel at Pioneer Natural Resources USA, Inc. from 2012 to 2024, he has a strong commercial and regulatory understanding of marketing and midstream matters involving crude oil, natural gas and natural gas liquids, as well as electricity matters involving distribution, transmission and purchasing.
