He advises lenders and borrowers in a variety of traditional and creative secured and unsecured credit transactions, including reserve-based loans, acquisition financings, revolvers, term loans and bankruptcy exit facilities. He also has experience in secured and unsecured hedging transactions, commodity transactions and hedge divestitures.
