He advises clients on leveraged and investment-grade credit facilities, including reserve-based loans, acquisition financings, holdco facilities, multicurrency facilities, and cross-border facilities, as well as distressed credits in restructuring and workout situations. Andrew’s practice spans a variety of industries, with a particular focus on the energy sector.
