Andrew Shaw uses his public policy experience and knowledge of Congress and the Executive Branch to guide clients on federal legislative and regulatory issues impacting the energy and environmental sectors. He advises clients on a range of issues, including the Inflation Reduction Act, the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, Clean Air Act (CAA) regulations, climate change mitigation and adaptation, clean/renewable energy incentives, nuclear power, oil and gas, grid modernization, trade and foreign policy.
