Rebecca Foxwell is a member of Bracewell’s government enforcement and investigations and litigation practices. Rebecca regularly conducts independent internal investigations involving a wide range of allegations of workplace misconduct and fraud. She has conducted investigations for companies, government agencies, non‐profit organizations, a state court system and a major professional services firm. In addition, Rebecca advises clients in response to regulatory and criminal investigations and enforcement actions before the Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission and state Attorneys General.
