Peter B. Siegal is an appellate partner in Bracewell’s Washington, DC office. His practice focuses on complex, high-stakes matters before the Supreme Court of the United States and federal courts of appeals, administrative agencies and trial courts. Peter’s expertise spans virtually every area of federal concern, including constitutional, administrative and intellectual property law; complex commercial litigation and class actions; and criminal law and procedure, including the Racketeer Influenced & Corrupt Organizations Act. He has especially deep experience in areas of importance to clients of Bracewell’s market-leading energy practices, and he works closely with clients and teams across those practices to develop strategy, brief and argue appeals in the D.C.
