Stine Barstad

Stine assists banks and bank syndicates, managers of bond issues, trustees, sponsors, bondholders, borrowers and others in connection with different types of financing transactions and advise in relation to financing. Stine assists with all types of debt financing, including bank financing, bond financing and direct lending and she works extensively with acquisition financing and general corporate financing, but she also has experience with other types of financing, such as project financing. The matters Stine works on are often of international character and she has assisted on a number of cross-border bond issuances and bank financings over the last few years within different sectors such as private equity, tech, energy and commercial real estate. Stine has also over the last few years worked with on many sustainability-linked financings.
