Aadne Haga

Aadne heads the firm's Gas Dispute practice. He is an expert on international agreements for transportation, sale and purchase of natural gas and other commodities, and specialises on dispute resolution, in particular international arbitration, within these industries. Aadne has advised and represented commercial and state actors within the petroleum and process industries in contract negotiations and disputes for almost 20 years. Alexander Owesen

Among his specialities are acquisition financing, various types of asset financing, project financing and corporate financing, as well as restructurings. Anders Færden

Anders Myklebust

Anders mainly works with issues related to tax laws and company laws. He has previously been employed in the Central Tax Office for large-sized companies (Sentralskattekontoret for storbedrifter) and has published a book and several articles in connection with tax law. The work related to tax comprises all areas within tax, charges and duties, but primarily related to corporate taxation. This includes giving advice in tax issues related to transactions, structuring the transactions, transfer pricing etc, as well as day to day tax advice to companies. Anne-Karin is specialising in international arbitration. She works within the field of petroleum and energy law, and has acted as counsel in several international arbitrations and negotiations in the gas sector, mainly representing gas buyers. She has also assisted clients on the coming EU regulatory framework for hydrogen. She also assists clients on insurance law. Anne-Karin has a doctorate from the University of Oslo. Hanne Rustad Gundersrud

Hanne specialises in compliance and crisis management. She joined Wikborg Rein from a large global law firm with headquarters in London. In addition to her Norwegian legal qualification, she is a solicitor qualified in England and Wales. Hanne has broad expertise within the field of compliance, with particular focus on investigations (internal and external) with an international angle, corporate criminal liability, human rights and responsible business, anti-corruption work and sanctions. As a solicitor in London, Hanne supported large, listed companies that were subject to investigation by various supervisory authorities, including the Serious Fraud Office and the Financial Conduct Authority.
