
Lars Erik Steinkjer
Lars Erik is head of the firm's Technology and Digitalisation group. He has a degree in law from the University of Bergen in 2004 and obtained his PhD at the same place in 2010. Lars Erik has extensive experience assisting clients in intellectual property rights (IPR) matters, including advice on securing, licensing and enforcing intellectual property rights. Lars Erik assists our clients with strategic advice, drafting and negotiation of agreements. He has been involved in a number of major disputes related to the enforcement of intellectual property rights and assists both international and domestic companies before the Norwegian courts.
