
Patrick Oware
Patrick works mainly with procurement law, where he assists public contracting authorities and suppliers with advice and legal assessments within all types of procurement law issues. He has assisted clients in procurements from the planning stage to contract execution. Patrick also has experience with dispute resolution in procurement processes, where he has assisted both contracting authorities and suppliers in legal processes for the Norwegian Complaints Board for Public Procurement and before the courts. Patrick also works with state aid law, where he has experience in assessing whether the public sector's dispositions constitute state aid, the rules for legal state aid, and the relationship between the procurement rules and the state aid rules. Patrick has a particular interest in procurement law dispute resolution, and has been an intern at the Office of the Attorney General. · Wikborg Rein
