Ian Beardmore is a Partner in Flint Bishop’s Commercial Property team, advising clients across retail, leisure, industrial and residential sectors, as well as schools and charities, on site acquisitions and disposals, site assembly, joint ventures, options, funding arrangements and development agreements. He leads and develops the firm’s Commercial Property team and has overseen large-scale development projects, including a £100m distribution centre and a £35m mixed-use out-of-town retail scheme.
