Chairman, finance director and consultant member. Kevin joined Lupton Fawcett in 1977 as an Articled Clerk. He trained as a non-contentious lawyer, qualifying in 1979, eventually specialising in corporate finance and is now a director in the corporate finance department as well as finance director and chairman. Kevin has experience of all types of commercial law but has principally dealt with sales and purchases of the whole (or parts) of businesses, re-structuring, and fund raising (largely for owner managed businesses in Yorkshire).
