He has significant experience in trade mark, passing off, copyright, design right and patent litigation, represents many of the world’s most renowned brands in domestic and international disputes, and has appeared before the IPEC, High Court, Court of Appeal and the CJEU (notably acting for Heritage Audio SL in AMS Neve Ltd & Ors v Heritage Audio SL & Anor [2018] EWCA Civ 86 and the related CJEU matter).
