She undertakes a wide variety of commercial property work, including: Sale and purchase of properties of all size nature and value including freehold, leasehold, development sites, investment portfolios, and auction sales Acting for landlords and tenants on new leases, lease renewals, assignments, sub-lettings, licences for alterations, and the full range of associated transactions General development work including for landowners and developers on option agreements, conditional contracts, overage arrangements and s106 agreements Secured finance work on the lender and borrower side, including provision of ILA for borrowers, guarantors, and providers of third party security. · TWM Solicitors LLP
