Theodore Georgopoulos is Of Counsel at Casalonga and Head of the Wine, Spirits & Terroirs Department, joining the firm in 2021. He is a recognised expert in EU, wine, spirits and food law, holds the Jean Monnet Chair in European Regulation of the Wine Sector, directs the Master’s Program in Wine & Spirits Law at the University of Reims, and regularly represents sector actors before the European Commission and the European Court of Justice.
