CASALONGA is at the forefront of innovative and successful strategies for the defense and enforcement of the client’s rights. ### CASALONGA was one of the first private IP engineer consultant firms, with the foundation of Bureau CASALONGA in Paris in 1867 one of the first French firms to expand internationally, with the establishment of: - the Munich office in 1978, as a European and German patent attorneys office - the Alicante office in 1996, handling of EU trademarks to optimize contacts with European authorities, intervene directly before the EPO (Munich) and the EUIPO (Alicante) at lower costs and to represent the clients before German and Spanish offices and courts. the first French law firm to include both attorneys-at-law and patent and trademark attorneys, creating a full-service IP firm whose clients do not have to engage different firms for prosecution and litigation. The combination of attorneys-at-law and patent and trademark attorneys enables CASALONGA’s teams to follow their client’s cases from the inception phase through any court proceedings and also provides more balanced advice, taking into consideration litigations risks.
