Raya Al Haffar

Raya has over 14 years of comprehensive legal experience, with a strong focus on corporate, commercial and banking laws. Her expertise extends to intellectual property, insurance, labor laws, governance, and shareholders affairs. Throughout her career, Raya has served as the head of legal Advisory Unit in two leading banks in Syria. Her experience includes drafting and negotiating complex contracts, incorporating companies, and supporting major M&A and capital increase transactions. Raya holds a Master’s degree in Business Law from the Higher Institute of Business Administration (HIBA), and a Bachelor degree in Law from Damascus University.
