Cian Fenton
Cian is a Partner in RDJ’s Banking and Finance group. He practices in a wide range of finance transactions including acquisition finance, real estate and development finance, structured finance, loan portfolio sales and debt restructuring. His main focus is on lending to corporate groups for expansions (whether acquisitions or developments). Cian acts for a number of domestic and international banks, alternative finance providers and non-bank lenders. He also acts for a wide range of corporate borrowers, particularly in the construction and hospitality sectors. · RDJ LLP
