Marianne Lonergan

Marianne is a Partner, practising as part of the Dispute Resolution team. She specialises in advising clients in respect of commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution, corporate governance, intellectual property and information technology, product liability and in respect of insurance led professional indemnity claims. Having worked for a number of years in the firm’s Commercial and Corporate Department, Marianne is well placed in respect of company law based disputes. She is involved in providing advice to both corporate entities and individuals on all aspects of inter-company disputes, with a particular focus on shareholder/partnership, contractual and product liability disputes. She has extensive experience of the Courts at all levels with a particular focus on High Court (including Commercial Court) and tribunals of enquiry. Marianne had the opportunity to recently provide exclusive legal services to a Third Level Institution on a full time basis which, in association with her previous experience she advised extensively in respect of complex IP issues and Agreements. · RDJ LLP
