Simon Lynch

Simon is a Partner, practising as part of our Real Estate team. He has particular expertise advising in finance, investment and development transactions. He acts for national house builders, land promoters, land owners, and insolvency practitioners across the country in sales, acquisitions, joint ventures and licence agreements. Simon has extensive experience in advising developers, lenders and equity investors in all aspects of financing, secured lending and property investment. He has also advised on the development of a number of private hospitals. Prior to joining RDJ, Simon was a team leader of the residential development department of NAMA where he was responsible for originating significant facilities for large scale developments and successfully devised novel ways to expedite the delivery of large scale residential projects.
