Brendan O’Connell

Brendan is a Partner, practising as part of the firms Dispute Resolution team. He is highly talented litigator who has gained considerable experience in dealing with the conduct of litigation and dispute resolution on behalf of national and international insurance companies, municipal authorities and state bodies, in the area of motor, employer liability, public liability and products liability claims. Brendan has developed particular expertise in insurance fraud and has successfully defended numerous high profile insurance fraud cases on behalf of Insurance clients. He has also developed a niche expertise in the area of Low Velocity Impact motor claims, and has had numerous notable successes for defendant clients in the Circuit & High Court. Brendan advises clients on a range of contentious matters including personal injury, contract, debt collection and property related matters.
