Partner in the Competition and EU Law practice at Uría Menéndez, Tomás Arranz advises on EU and Spanish competition law, handling antitrust infringement cases, complex merger control (including coordination of multi-jurisdictional multi-jurisdictional filings), franchise and distribution agreements, and antitrust compliance and training.
