Roberto Fernandez joined Uría Menéndez as counsel in May 2023 after more than nine years in public service, including serving as Chief State Lawyer of the Secretary of State for Energy from 2019. He has led the State's energy litigation portfolio, acted as lead counsel for public entities such as IDAE and the Nuclear Safety Council, and participated in numerous investment arbitrations since 2016.
