Rafael García Llaneza is a partner in Uría Menéndez’s Madrid office who specializes in corporate tax, non-residents tax and accounting law. He joined the firm in 1990 (after two years at Price WaterhouseCoopers), led Uría Menéndez’s New York tax practice from 1993–1998 and was made partner in 2001; his work includes corporate restructurings, project finance (notably in renewable energy and telecoms), private equity and real estate transactions.
