Gabriel Núñez Fernández is a partner at Uría Menéndez (partner since 2004; joined the firm in 1994) who focuses on capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, banking & finance and corporate governance, advising on IPOs, public offerings, takeovers, project finance and M&A involving listed and unlisted companies. He was resident partner in the firm's London office in 2005–2006 and is an officer of the IBA Securities Markets Committee and a lecturer at several masters programmes including IE and IEB.
