Partner in the Madrid office of Uría Menéndez, who joined the firm in 1989 and became a partner in 1998. He focuses on capital markets, banking, corporate and commercial law, heads the firm’s Securitisation Working Group, and has extensive experience in multi-jurisdictional and Latin America transactions; he became head of the Financial Practice Area in February 2010.
