Carles Vendrell is a partner at Uría Menéndez’s Madrid office, having joined the firm in 2009 and become partner in 2019; he was seconded to Hengeler Mueller in Frankfurt from September 2011 to February 2012. His practice focuses on commercial litigation and intellectual property, advising national and multinational clients on disputes (IP, unfair competition, contract and tort law, and consumer protection) and on non-contentious matters involving patents, trade marks, designs, advertising law, privacy and image rights.
