Patricia Vidal is a partner at Uría Menéndez (joined 1996; partner since 2015) who specialises in EU and Spanish competition law, with a strong focus on competition litigation before Spanish and EU courts, merger control, cartel investigations and antitrust damage claims. She is a regular lecturer, served as academic director of an LLM at ISDE for ten years and is the elected Chairman of the Spanish Association for the Defence of Competition.
