David Vilches is counsel in the Tax department at Uría Menéndez, having joined the firm in January 2023 after 12 years with the Spanish Tax Agency. He is currently on leave from his position as a state tax inspector and has led the tax inspection team for Catalonia, headed the international tax inspection team at the Spanish Tax Agency, and served on Spain’s delegation to the OECD.
