Egidio, a Partner and Founding Member of the firm, is responsible for the Southern Italian Offices of PwC Legal & Tax Italy - in particular of the offices in Naples, Bari, Catania and Palermo. He is particularly noted for his counsel, especially for legal Fiscal matters, in the Maritime sector – including the areas of Shipping, Shipbuilding, Pleasure Boating, and Tourist Ports. Throughout his career he has held various positions – on behalf of his Shipping sector clients – as the President and/or Member of the Board of Auditors as well as being a Specialist Consultant for National and International Taxation companies operating in the areas of Ships, Shipbuilding, Recreational Boating, and Tourist Ports. Egidio is especially noted for his work in the field of tonnage tax, tax litigation, tax due diligence, Shipping M&A, admission to stock exchange listings for maritime companies, International Tax Registry, OECD issues, as well as tax assessments and disputes in the Shipping sector. · PwC Legal & Tax Italy
