Camilla Nordera
Camilla, who has 25+ years of experience provide counsel on a wide range of Corporate M&A matters, is a Director in the Bologna office of PwC Legal & Tax Italy. Of particular note, as you will see in the pages below, is her work advising domestic and multinational enterprises on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, legal due diligence, international investments, as well as any corporate operation of extraordinary finance. Cristina Cengia
Cristina Cengia has over 30 years of professional experience with reference to M&A and Capital Markets transactions. She is currently partner of PwC - leading the Capital Market department. Cristina handles M&A investment and divestment transactions involving listed and unlisted industrial companies, financial institutions, including in the private equity and venture capital industry. Additionally, Cristina regularly provides legal assistance and advice in IPO processes on EXM and EGM. Egidio, a Partner and Founding Member of the firm, is responsible for the Southern Italian Offices of PwC Legal & Tax Italy - in particular of the offices in Naples, Bari, Catania and Palermo. Filippo is a Partner of PwC Legal & Tax Italy covering the ACE Area (Emilia Romagna, Marche and Umbria). He is also the partner in charge of the Japan Business Network (JBN) activities in the Legal Department of PwC relating to the Italian territory. Filippo is specialized in M&A and has more than 20 years of experience in advising Italian and foreign companies in both buy-side and sell-side transactions, overseeing all the aspects, from the preliminary and due diligence phases to the drafting and negotiation of the acquisition agreements, joint venture agreements, shareholders’ agreements and commercial agreements. Paola Furiosi
Paola Furiosi is a Partner of PwC Legal & Tax Italy and is Head of the IP, Tech & Data department for Italy. She has 20+ years of experience dedicated to providing counsel to national and international clients on a wide range of matters, including Intellectual Property, Data Protection and Artificial Intelligence. She assists numerous leading companies across a wide range of activities, both in and out of Court, including the negotiation and drafting of several kinds of agreements, the assistance in consumer and regulatory issues, the exploitation of IP rights and technological assets, the assistance in sponsorship initiatives, e-commerce strategies, and digital activities. In addition, she has also good relationship with AGCOM, with specific focus – inter alia – to collecting societies matter, as well as IAP. Furthermore, her practice also covers IT-related contracts, including outsourcing, cloud computing, hosting and service provision agreements. She is currently fully immersed with assisting her clients in the adapting to the disruptive impact of artificial intelligence. Riccardo Lonardi
Riccardo Lonardi is a Director of PwC Legal & Tax Italy. He has over 14 years of experience in M&A, private equity and venture capital, advising on complex transactions across the middle market and cross-border landscape. Riccardo provides comprehensive legal support on buy-side and sell-side transactions, coordinating multidisciplinary teams on both domestic and international deals. His sector expertise spans industrial, consultancy, and transport/logistics. He has developed a strong specialisation in advising start-ups and venture capital operators on investment rounds, with particular focus on early-stage financing instruments, including SAFE agreements. He regularly assists clients in the drafting and negotiation of SPAs, investment agreements, shareholders' agreements and joint venture arrangements.
