Camilla, who has 25+ years of experience provide counsel on a wide range of Corporate M&A matters, is a Director in the Bologna office of PwC Legal & Tax Italy. Of particular note, as you will see in the pages below, is her work advising domestic and multinational enterprises on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, legal due diligence, international investments, as well as any corporate operation of extraordinary finance.
