Partner at LCA Studio Legale and described as one of Italy’s leading experts in corporate law, corporate governance and bankruptcy law, he advises boards, independent directors, companies and insolvency stakeholders on related-party transactions, takeover bids, governance matters and liability actions, and acts as advisor, board member, liquidator and legal commissioner in major restructuring and turnaround operations. He joined LCA in 2022, is Full Professor of Commercial Law at the University of Florence (since 2005), teaches at LUISS (since 2012), and holds a Ph.D. in Commercial Law from Bocconi University.
