Claudio deals with copyright law and in this field he carries out both judicial and extrajudicial activities. He has a long and consolidated experience in book publishing, magazine publishing, music publishing and production, television and movies production, and any other field in which intellectual works are involved, including where these intersect with new technologies and artificial intelligence. For several years, he has coordinated a tourism law team, assisting Italian and foreign clients operating in the Italian market. Claudio began his professional activity in Studio Leonelli, one of the first Italian firms dedicated to copyright law, founded by his father and active in Rome since the early 1960s. Since March 2021, he has been Legal Adviser to the Data Protection Authority, until joining (October 2023) the Government Coordination Committee for the update of national strategies on the use of artificial intelligence.
