Leah Dunlop is a partner in LCA Studio Legale’s Corporate/M&A department who advises on complex domestic and cross-border M&A, private equity, strategic alliances and reorganisations, with a 35+ year career spanning the United Kingdom and Italy. She joined LCA in September 2022 and previously qualified and practised as a solicitor in Hogan Lovells’ London office, where she was a founding member of its Private Equity practice and became a partner in 1991.
