Antonella provides tax assistance and consultancy to Italian and International clients operating mainly in the sectors real estate, energy, telecommunications and infrastructure. Antonella has gained significant experience assisting Private Equity houses and multinational corporations in M&A transactions, providing tax due diligence (buy side and sell side), tax modelling and tax structuring assistance. She has gained, in particular, extensive knowledge of real estate taxation due to involvement in significant real estate investment and/or disposal projects by funds and other entities (companies, trusts, individuals), both Italian and non-Italian.
