
Martina Terenzi
Martina specializes in agri-food law. She assists national and international companies operating in the various areas of the food and beverage sector, providing legal advice with a particular focus on compliance with sector-specific regulations on labelling/claims, packaging, food quality and safety, as well as rules concerning feed, seeds, plant protection products, food contact materials (FCMs), and contractual matters, including extraordinary M&A transactions. In addition, she is an expert in the classification and regulatory qualification of products at the intersection of food, supplements, feed, and substances, with specific expertise in identifying the correct legal nature and the related regulatory implications. Martina joined the Firm’s Food Law Department in 2019.
