Ferdinando advises Italian and international banks and financial institutions, private equity and private debt funds, sponsors and corporates in both domestic and cross-border transactions. His practice focuses primarily on acquisition finance, syndicated lending, bond issues and unitranche financings. He also assists clients with debt renegotiations and restructurings. He is valued for his pragmatic approach, his ability to understand clients’ needs, and his skill in structuring effective, tailored solutions even in complex and innovative scenarios. Ferdinando is partner of the Firm since 2025.
