Partner and Head of the Tax Department at LCA Studio Legale since December 2015, Roberto advises national and international clients on corporate, financial and M&A taxation, handling both domestic and cross-border matters. He co-heads the firm's Private Clients sector advising UHNWIs on wealth reorganization, inheritance and generational transfers, and has experience with tax settlements, tax litigation and is a member of the firm's Sports Law Team; he also serves on the Board of the National Union of Young Chartered Accountants and Fiscal Experts.
