Hans has been practising transactional and financial law since the early 1990s, undertaking assignments including IPOs, M&A and a variety of financing solutions. In connection with these transactions, Hans has represented both Swedish and international clients. Hans has served in an advisory role in a number of transactions, including both large and medium-sized privately owned and listed companies.
