Arvid Sundelin

Arvid works exclusively with environmental law and has extensive experience of permit processes, mostly regarding hydro power, wind power, CHP plants, mining operations, wood pulp plants, lumber etc. and assisting in environmental issues related to commercial transactions, primarily regarding environmental due diligence. Arvid have a long background working with environmental law and is leading within water law with focus on hydro power and environmental quality standards. Arvid was involved in the preparation of the legislation regarding reconsideration of hydropower and the application of environmental quality standards for water, which entered into force on 1 January 2019 by assisting a number of social actors in negotiations with the Ministry of the Environment. Arvid is a very experienced lecturer and holds lectures on environmental quality standards and water operations. Ingela Sundelin

Ingela works exclusively with environmental law. A large part of her work consists of representing operators in permit and regulatory matters in accordance with the Environmental Code and the Planning and Building Act, assisting in environmental issues related to commercial transactions, primarily regarding environmental due diligence, and working with authorities in matters that often concern the content, interpretation and application of the legislation, e.g. questions about contaminated areas. Ingela has a solid background in the field of land and environmental law, and she has a genuine interest in the clients’ operations and the industries in which the clients operate. She is a legal representative in several processes concerning applications for permits for construction and operation of wind power plants, both onshore and offshore, as well as in processes concerning permits for mining operations and the use of soil masses for construction purposes.
