Ingela works exclusively with environmental law. A large part of her work consists of representing operators in permit and regulatory matters in accordance with the Environmental Code and the Planning and Building Act, assisting in environmental issues related to commercial transactions, primarily regarding environmental due diligence, and working with authorities in matters that often concern the content, interpretation and application of the legislation, e.g. questions about contaminated areas.
