Kim Lindgren has extensive experience in real estate law, with a specialisation in commercial lease law, tenant/owner association law, leasehold titles and other forms of access rights. He also specialises in general and special real estate law and property transactions, as well as related business law. In the field of commercial lease law, Kim has worked in the drafting and review process for lease contracts with clients that have included a large number of shopping centres and shopping malls.
