Frida Sander has specialised in the fields of Alternative Investments and fund formation for 20 years. Her clients include some of the largest institutional investors in the Nordics, as well as well-known founder/management teams and investment banks. Regular assignments include acting for institutional investors on the global market (primarily Europe and the US) for alternative investments within such fields as real estate, infrastructure, credits, buyout, venture capital, fund of funds and secondary funds. Frida also has extensive experience of acting for founder/management teams or investors in the formation, negotiation and restructuring of alternative investment funds, joint ventures, real estate clubs, real estate funds, investment companies and other private equity structures.
